Section 531 · Paragraph 512. Procedure prescribed for appeals applies to application for revision

An officer whose appeal has been rejected by an authority subordinate to the local government shall be entitled to submit an application for revision to the authority next higher in rank than the officer who rejected his appeal. The power to revise such an application may be exercised only if there is a grave irregularity resulting in grave injustice or failure of the court.
The procedure prescribed for appeals also applies to applications for revision. An application for revision against an order rejecting an appeal must be accompanied by copies of the original and the appeal order.
