Section 196 · Paragraph 187. Dealing with suspected foreigners and gangs of foreign Asian vagabonds

Instructions for dealing with gangs of suspected foreigners and foreign Asian vagabonds are contained in the Book of Government Orders. Such gangs should not be removed to other districts of other provinces or to the Native States under police or other guards. If their removal is desired, orders should be obtained from the District Magistrate.
