Section 334 · Paragraph 325. Information regarding death or disappearance of pensioner to be recorded in the GD by the Officer-in-Charge of the Police Station

The officer in charge of the police station within or outside the municipal limits shall, on the death or disappearance of a pensioner, enter a report in the General Diary and inform the Tehsildar without delay of the fact, who shall take steps to verify the same.
