Section 369 · Paragraph 360. Maintenance of records of major trigonometrical centres

Records of all major trigonometric survey stations within the district will be maintained in the office of the Superintendent of Police. Rural police constables are bound to prevent deliberate damage to the stations and should report any damage to the officer in charge of the station.
A police officer should visit these stations periodically to assess their condition and report any urgent repairs required (see Government Orders Booklet).
