Section 213 · Paragraph 204. Arrangements for Guards during the Visit of Certain Officers

When on tour, a guard consisting of one head constable and three constables shall be provided to the Divisional Commissioner, Inspector General of Police, and Deputy Inspector General of Police. A similar guard consisting of one head constable and three constables shall be provided to the Honourable Judge of the High Court or a member of the Board of Revenue, in addition to the judicial member, when they visit such place during their tour for inspection.
Such a guard shall be provided by the Superintendent of Police of the district where such officers visit. If necessary, the Superintendent of Police shall request the Deputy Inspector General for assistance from the reserves of his range, where available, to meet such demands.
