Section 413 · Paragraph 403. Appointments to the post of Reserve Inspector

Appointments to the rank of Reserve Inspector are generally made by the Deputy Inspector General by selection from among Sub-Inspectors (see Chapter 30). Appointments to the ranks of Prosecutor and Divisional Inspector are made by the Deputy Inspector General by promotion from among Sub-Inspectors selected by a committee invited by the Inspector General (see Chapter 30).
All Inspectors shall be on probation for two years from the date of their substantive appointment.
