Section 423 · Paragraph 413. Register of candidates for recruitment

A register of candidates for recruitment will be maintained in each district (Format No. 355). Whenever a candidate is sent to the Civil Surgeon for examination, the register will be sent with him with all columns filled in except columns 8, 13, 14, 15, 16, and 17. The Civil Surgeon will fill in columns eight and thirteen. If the candidate is declared unfit, the entry should be crossed out in red ink.
