Section 11 · Paragraph 8. Precautions to be taken by the District Magistrate in the exercise of his powers of control

In exercising his controlling power, the District Magistrate should avoid taking actions that undermine the Superintendent's authority. Differences should be resolved privately, and no conflict should arise between the two officers.
