Fugitive criminals will be divided into two categories: A and B. Class A will include all those absconders whose name, caste, residence, and past history have been verified beyond all reasonable doubt. Class B will include only those persons whose real name, address, and past history have not been ascertained.
Note: All overseas absconders convicted of a crime will automatically be registered as Class A absconding criminals.
