धारा 9 · Authority for making appointment of registered medical practitioner

. [Section 8(3)] - (1) The Chairman of the State Transport Authority in consultation with the Chief Medical Officer of the district concerned shall be the authorised person to appoint the registered medical practitioners for the purpose of sub-section (3) of section 8.
(2)
The fee payable for the issue of medical certificate under sub-section (3) of section 8 shall be rupees fifteen and shall be deposited under the appropriate head of account of the Department of Health and Family Welfare of the Government of Punjab, where the examination is conducted by a Government Doctor.इस धारा पर आपका निजी नोट
