धारा 74 · Conditions that may be attached to a goods carriage permit

. [Sections 79(2)(ix) and 96(2)(xxxiii)] - A Regional Transport Auothority may attach to any goods carriage permit the following conditions in addition to those specified in sub-section (2) of section 79 and section 84, namely :-

(a)

no passenger or goods shall be taken up or set down en route;

(b)

a condition restricting the type and the ownership of goods which may be carried; and

(c)

no trailor shall be attached to the vehicle.
