धारा 213 · Presentation of certificate of insurance while paying tax

. [Section 146(2)(3)] - An owner of a motor vehicle other than of a vehicle to which sub-section (2) or sub-section (3) of section 146 applies shall, while applying for payment of tax under the provisions of the Punjab Motor Vehicles Taxation, Act, 1924, present for the perusal of the registering authority a certificate of insurance in the following form showing that there is in force the necessary policy of insurance for the motor vehicle concerned :-Certificate of InsuranceCertificate No. _____________ Policy No. ______________ (Optional)
