धारा 14 · Withdrawal of candidature

(1)

Any candidate may withdraw his candidature by giving in writing, signed by him and delivered to the Returning Officer on or before the date fixed under Clause (a) of Sub-rule (1) or Rule 10.

(2)

A candidate who has withdrawn his candidature shall not be allowed to cancel the withdrawal for the same election.
