धारा 174 · Resignation of Chairmen and Vice-Chairmen of Zila Parishads

(1)
The Chairman and Vice-Chairman may resign his office by writing under his hand addressed to the State Government.(2)
Every resignation under sub-section (1) shall take effect on the expiry of fifteen days from the date of its receipt by the State Government and office shall become vacant on the expiry of fifteen days unless within this period of fifteen days he withdraws such resignation by writing under his hand addressed to the State Government.इस धारा पर आपका निजी नोट
