धारा 67 · Publication of petition

(1)

Where any application, petition, or other matter is required to be published under the Act or these Regulations or as per the directions of the Commission, it shall, unless the Act or these Regulations otherwise provide, be published within such time as the Commission may direct and in the absence of any specific direction to the contrary not less than 5 days before the date fixed for hearing and further unless otherwise directed by the Commission such publication shall be done in newspapers at least one each in English, Punjabi and Hindi Languages having circulation in the area concerned.

(2)

Except as otherwise provided, such publications shall give a heading describing the subject matter in brief.

(3)

Such advertisement to be published shall be approved by the Secretary or any other officer of the Commission designated for the purpose by the Secretary.
