धारा 4 · Composition of the Samiti

- [(1) The Samiti shall consist of a Chairman, a Vice-Chairman and nine other members to be appointed by the Slate Government.] [Substituted vide Orissa Act No. 4 of 1977.]

The appointment of the Chairman, Vice-Chairman and the other members of the Samiti shall be notified in the Gazette.(3)
The Chairman shall exercise such power and perform such functions as may be prescribed.(4)
The Vice-Chairman shall exercise such powers and perform such functions of the Chairman as the Chairman may, form time to time, delegate to him in writing in that behalf and he shall also exercise the powers and perform the functions of the Chairman during his absence.इस धारा पर आपका निजी नोट
