धारा 8A · Reservation of offices Presidents

- [Offices of Presidents of the Municipalities in the State shall be reserved by rotation in the prescribed manner in the following ratio, namely : -

(a)

five per cent for the Scheduled Castes;

(b)

five per cent for women including women belonging to the Scheduled Castes ; and

(c)

two per cent for the Backward Classes.]
