धारा 212 · General explanation

- The committee [or Executive Officer] [The words 'Executive Officer' shall be deemed to be substituted for the word 'committee' (vide item 12, Schedule II, Punjab Act No. 2 of 1931) in the case of the municipalities to which Punjab Act No. 2 of 1931, applies.] may authorize persons to exercise the powers of entry conferred by the foregoing sections of this chapter either generally in regard to all buildings and lands or particularly in regard to specified buildings and lands or classes of buildings and lands.
