धारा 191 · Special provision for cases where bye-laws have not been made under section 189(3)

- In any case in which no bye-laws have been made under sub- section (3) of section 189, the committee may, within 14 days of the receipt of the notice required by sub-section (2) of that section require a person who has given such notice to furnish, within one week of the receipt by him of the requisition, information on all or any of the matters as to which bye-laws might have been made, and in such case the notice shall not be valid until such information has been furnished.
