धारा 96A · [ Power to transfer proceedings. [Inserted by M.P. Act No. 41 of 1981 (w.e.f. 26-1-1982).]

(1)
The Industrial Court may, for reasons to be recorded in writing, transfer any proceedings under the Act, pending before a Labour Court for trial or disposal to another Labour Court competent to try or dispose of the same.(2)
The Labour Court to which the proceeding is transferred under sub-section (1) may, subject to specific directions in the order of transfer, proceed de novo or from the stage at which it is transferred.इस धारा पर आपका निजी नोट
