धारा 37 · Duties of the Joint Committee

- It shall be the duty of the Joint Committee to promote measures for securing amity and good relations between the employer and employees and to that end to consult on matters of their common interest or concern and endeavour to compose any material differences of opinion in respect of such matters :Provided that the matters in Schedule I shall be outside the purview of this Committee.
