धारा 82 · Reference to Industrial Court for declaration whether strike, lock-out, closure or stoppage is illegal

(1)
The State Government may make a reference to a Labour Court or the Industrial Court for a declaration whether any proposed strike, lock-out, closure or stoppage will be illegal.(2)
No declaration shall be made under this section save in open Court.(3)
The declaration made under sub-section (1) shall be recognised as binding and shall be followed in all proceedings under this Act.इस धारा पर आपका निजी नोट
