धारा 63 · [ Cognizance of offence. [[Substituted by Section 4(ii) of M.P. Act No. 26 of 2003. Old Section 63 runs as under:

'Section 63. Cognizance of offence.-No Labour Court shall take cognizance of any offence :-

(a)

Punishable under this Act except on complaint in writing made by the person affected thereby or the representative of employee or the employer or on a report in writing of the Labour Officer;

(b)

punishable under any of the Acts specified in Schedule II-A, except in accordance with the provisions of the respective Acts.']]

- No Court shall take cognizance of any offence punishable under this Act, except on a complaint in writing made by (he person affected thereby or the representative of employees or the employer or on a report in writing of the Labour Officer.]
