The provisions contained in this Act shall not apply to an industry being carried on by or under the control of the State Government:][Provided that the State Government may, by notification, direct that provisions contained in this Act shall apply to such industry being carried on by or under the control of the State Government, as may be specified in the notification.] [Inserted by Section 2 of M.P.
