धारा 8 · Travelling allowance to Chairman of Committee

- A Chairman of a Committee constituted under the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Haryana Legislative Assembly shall be entitled to travelling allowance at the same rates as prescribed in sub-rule (1) of rule 9 for journeys performed by him under orders of the Speaker for attending a conference of Chairmen of the corresponding Committees of Legislative Bodies in India.
