HLA Rules 12A

धारा 12A · [ Forms for reimbursement of air/rail fare/hiring taxi charges/use of State car. etc. [Added by Haryana Notification No. 83-TA(GNL)-97/30 dated 21.7.1997.]

- Bills for reimbursement of the amount of air fare/rail fare/hiring of taxi charges/use of State car and on account of cost of petrol and diesel purchased for travel by own car shall be prepared in duplicate on the forms set out in Schedules V and VI respectively, annexed to these rules which shall be filled by claimant and sent to the Secretary, in duplicate, one copy being stamped and receipted. The Controlling Officer shall countersign the bills. The bills after counter signatures will be returned to the Member for encashment. Payment will be made at the option of the Member, either at headquarters of the State Government or District Treasury or a sub-Treasury (to be specified in the bill). The Member may at his option, endorse the bill in favour of his bankers for collecting and crediting the bill to his account.]
