धारा 7 · Adjustment of distance travelled in State Car

- [-] [Omitted by Haryana Notification No. GS 83/TA (Gnl)-97/130 dated 21.7.1997.]Illustration. - Suppose a member travels two hundred kilometres by a State car for private purpose and the charges recoverable from him for this journey work out to one hundred and seventy rupees. The distance for which the first class railway fare is one hundred and seventy rupees shall be adjusted against the limit of sixteen thousand kilometres and the member shall not be required to pay the charges for the journey or any part thereof in cash.
