धारा 15 · [ Recoveries of rent and other State dues. [Substituted by Haryana Notification No. 83- TA/GNL/97/130 dated 21.7.1997.]

- The rent and other State dues from a member in his capacity as such shall be paid by him either directly in cash or the same may be [deducted under the order of the Secretary] from his allowances and from his claims for reimbursement under clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Act.]
