धारा 13 · Time-barred claims

(1)
No claim on account of allowances of member not preferred within one year of its becoming due, shall be paid without pre-audit of the Accountant General, Haryana.(2)
Claims on account of allowances of members which have been allowed to remain in abeyance for a period exceeding three years, shall not be pre- audited by the Accountant General, Haryana, except under sanction of the Speaker.इस धारा पर आपका निजी नोट
