धारा 88 · Maintenance of record of arbitration

- Section 131(2)(xix). - (1) The record of arbitration proceedings shall be kept in such place and in such manner as the Registrar may direct.

(2)

A copy of the award shall, on application, be given to a party by the Registrar or payment of fees prescribed for obtaining copies.
