धारा 24 · Powers of general body in a meeting. [Section 131(2)(vii)]

- Without prejudice to the provisions of Section 25, the general body in a meeting alone shall have the powers to fix the maximum credit limit of the co-operative society subject to the approval of the Registrar:Provided that no approval of the Registrar shall be necessary in case of Primary Credit Service Societies.
