धारा 113 · Repeal

- The Punjab Co-operative Society Rules, 1963, are hereby repealed :Provided that any action taken, order issued, by laws made under the provisions of the rules hereby repealed shall, in so far as it is not inconsistent with the provisions of these rules, be deemed to have been taken, issued or made under provisions of these rules.FormsForm 1(See rule 5)Application for Registration of A Co-Operative SocietyWe, the undersigned, hereby apply for the registration of a co-operative society, as proposed hereunder under Section 7(1) of the Haryana Co-operative Society Act, 1984, and enclose herewith three copies of the bye-laws as required by rule 8.
