धारा 23 · Summoning of meeting. [Sections 26 and 131(2)(vii)]

- A general body's meeting or a meeting of a committee of a co-operative society shall be called by the [Chief Executive Officer or any other officer authorised] [Substituted by Haryana Notification No. GSR 64/HA. 22/84/95S.131/95 dated 17.8.1995.] by him of a society, by whatsoever name called on the direction of such authority as may be specified in the bye-laws :[Provided that a meeting of the Committee of a Co-operative Society may be convened on the written request made by not less than one-third members of the said society;] [Inserted by Haryana Notification No. GSR 64/HA. 22/84/95S.131/95 dated 17.8.1995.]
