धारा 92 · Section 92

An application for permit of a tourist vehicle under sub-section (9) of section 88 of the Act shall be made before the State Transport Authority :Provided that the State Transport Authority may restrict the number of permit for such vehicles and may also reserve all or certain percentages of permits for the self-employed driver or the educated unemployed :Provided further that no such permit shall be issued unless the vehicle to be entered in the permit is painted in white or cream colour for a tourist motor cab or the same conforms to the specification laid down under these rules and the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989.
