धारा 92 · Notifying the due filing of the application

- If the Commission finds the application to be complete, accompanied by the requisite information, particulars and document, and finds that the applicant has complied with all the requirements for making the application and furnishing of information, particulars and documents, the Commission or the Secretary shall certify that the application is ready for being considered for grant of licence in accordance with the procedure provided in the applicable legal framework. The Commission shall, as far as practicable, either issue a licence within ninety days of receipt of any such application in line with the applicable legal framework and these regulations or reject the application for reasons to be recorded in writing, in case the application docs not conform to the applicable legal framework and the regulations. Provided that no application shall be rejected unless the applicant has been given an opportunity of being heard.
