धारा 91 · Calling for additional information

- The Commission or the Secretary or any other officer, specified by the Commission for this purpose, may upon scrutiny of the, application, require the applicant to furnish within a period to be specified by it such additional information or particulars or documents as considered necessary for the purpose of dealing with the application.
