धारा 143 · Differential Tariffs and Cross-subsidisation

- While determining tariff under regulation, the Commission may prescribe different tariffs to different persons according to the consumers load factor or purpose of use or power factor, voltage, consumers total consumption of energy during any specified period, or time during which the supply is required or the geographical position of any area, the nature of supply and the purpose for which the supply is required.
