धारा 32 · Presentation and scrutiny of the pleadings, etc

- All petitions, including those submitted by electronic mail, shall be filed in five copies and each set of the petition shall be complete in all respects. The fees as have been prescribed by the Commission in the UPERC (Fees and Fines) Regulations, 2000 and revised from time to time shall be payable along with petition. Further in cases where any licence or agreement is being filed before the Commission for which an approval is being sought, one soft copy in PDF/Word format shall filed along with the petition.
