(1)
Unless otherwise directed by the Commission, the Commission shall hold a proceeding on the revenue calculations and tariff proposals given by the licensee and may hear such persons as the Commission may consider appropriate.(2)
The hearing on the revenue calculations and tariff proposals shall, as far as possible, be done in the same manner as provided in Chapter II of these regulations.इस धारा पर आपका निजी नोट
