धारा 11 · List of candidates

(1)

The High Court shall having regard to the number of direct recruits to be appointed, to the post of District Judge, furnish to the Governor-a list of selected candidates' in order of merit and the Governor shall appoint required number of candidates as per the vacancies.

(2)

The selected candidates must be physically fit and shall be required to appear before the State Medical Board before final appointment.
