धारा 3 · Interpretation in case of doubts

Except where the context otherwise requires, the General Clauses Act, 1897 and the Assam General Clauses Act, shall apply for the interpretation of these Rules as they apply for the interpretation of the Act of Parliament or of the Rules of Legislature of Mizoram as the case may be.(2)
Subject to the provisions of sub-rule (1) if any question arises as to then interpretation of these Rules it shall be referred for the decision of the Administrator and the decision of the Administrator shall be final.इस धारा पर आपका निजी नोट
