धारा 28 · Quorum

(1)

The quorum to constitute a meeting of the District Council shall be four members or one-third of the total number of members of such Council, whichever is greater.

(2)

If, at any time during a meeting of District Council, there is no quorum it shall be the duty of the Chairman or person acting as such, either to adjourn or suspend the meeting until there is a quorum.
