General rules All notifications issued, orders passed, appointments made or powersexercised by the Chief Justice or the Registrar prior to the commencement of these rules shall bedeemed to have been issued, made and exercised respectively under the provisions of these rules.Note: The expression "Registrar", used in any notification, order passed, appointment made by orthe power exercised by the Chief Justice or the Registrar prior to 10.4.2000 shall after 10.4.2000
