Section 10500 · grade of Rs.5001000 (subsequently revised Rs. 6500200

) shall, for the purpose of promotion and transfer etc.,be of the cadre of Section Officers except the post of PublicRelation Officer:Provided that, appointment to the above post or its type shall,in relaxation of all existing rules, be made by the Chief Justiceentirely in his discretion.(ii)Public Relation Officer – Post of the Public RelationOfficer shall be tenure post and appointment shall be made ondeputation by transfer from the establishment of the Court bythe Chief Justice entirely in his discretion/suitability andduring that period he/she shall maintain their lien in parentcadre.The post of Public Relation Officer of Allahabad and Lucknowappointed under 16(g) shall be ex cadre post. No other post, saveas might already be existing as excadre post, shall be excadre.Note: These amended Rules shall be applicable on the incumbents
