for High Court Staff may be made from amongstthe Joint Registrars of High Court establishment purelyon Seniority, subject to Suitability by the ChiefJustice.(f)Registrar (i) By deputation of an Officer from amongst District &Sessions Judges.(ii)By promotion against the notified vacancy of thecadre from amongst the Joint Registrars on the basis ofseniority subject to suitability. To assess the minimummerit, marks obtained in ACR & interview shall beconsidered. Minimum merit required for promotion shallbe securing 70% marks in ACR & 50% marks ininterview.(g)Registrar General “By deputation of an officer from amongst the Districtand Sessions Judges”NOTE:These amendments will come into force with effect from the date of publication of
