Existing Staff(1) Persons appointed to the various categories of posts in the establishmentin substantive capacity prior to the commencement of these rules shall be members of theestablishment as if appointed in such capacity under these rules.

Persons appointed to the various categories of posts in the establishment in temporary orofficiating capacity prior to the commencement of these rules shall continue as if appointed inYour private note on this section
