Section 9 · Export of country liquor

- Country liquor may be exported from Rajasthan only-

(a)

under the authority and in accordance with the terms of permission granted by the Excise Commissioner concerned; and

(b)

by a person who has paid export duty on the country liquor to be exported or, at the discretion of the Excise Commissioner concerned, who has executed a bond for the payment of export duty to the satisfaction of the Excise Commissioner; or

(c)

as permitted by any notification issued by the Government on the subject and for the time being in force.
