- A retail off license shall not put up outside his liquor shop a board, banner or any other item displaying other than.

(a)

name of the licensee;

(b)

Shop number, if any;

(c)

address of the Shop; and

(d)

such other exhibits being applied by licenses and allowed by the Excise Commissioner in writing.]
