Section 10 · Application for permission

(1)

When any person desires to export country liquor in bond from Rajasthan, he shall present a written application to the Excise Commissioner containing the following particulars,-

(a)

the name of the consignor;

(b)

the name of the consignee; and

(c)

the description, quantity and strength of the country liquor to be exported;

(2)

Every such application shall also be accompanied by:-

(a)

an authority of import, issued by the appropriate Excise authority of the State to which the Country liquor is to be exported;

(b)

the receipt in proof of the payment of export duty; and

(c)

a duly executed bond.
