Section 76 · Cancellation modification and suspension of licences

- The authority granting a licence under these rules may cancel, suspend or modify the licence:-

(a)

to rectify clerical mistakes:

(b)

if the licence has been obtained by fraud: or

(c)

if the licensee has been guilty of the violation of a condition of his licence or the contravention of any provision of the act or any notification, order or rule issued under Act.
